In Noergaardstudio / Galleri Nørgaard you can get an insight into many of the different works and projects that the artist and writer Jesper Nørgaard works on.

Over the years, both abstract, naïve and figurative periods have emerged and continue to develop in chronological but recurring circles.

Maybe you have met "My Odd Family" or "Green Dog Revolution" around the country? Perhaps you have seen the large, abstract compositions that over the years have spread to many companies, schools, universities and private homes.

In his new projects "The Figures" and "The Ark", the artist enters into dialogue with the animals - both those in our local fauna, but also from the world in general.

Look past the gallery and the workshop's 800 m2, and get a sense of the creative urge, the joy of color and the emergence of the many ideas here in the heart of Jutland.

The gallery is located 4 km from the center of Herning and there is always coffee on the jug and the opportunity for many hours of immersion or relaxation in a world of colors.

Open every Sunday at 10-17 (open by appointment at many other times)

In July, it is open every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from kl. 11-15
