Skelhøje Plantation

Skelhøj Plantage is located southeast of Ikast. The plantation is ideal for running and walking, and four different running routes are marked with small arrows on low posts around the area. 

If you have the children with you on the hike, they have plenty of opportunities to explore nature and get to know it, e.g. on the very nice natural playground with an obstacle course and many fun tools. At the table and benches area you can enjoy your packed lunch in the beautiful nature.
If you are interested in mountain biking, you will find a really good route through the forest. In addition, you will find at Skelhøj Plantage a fenced dog forest, where you can let your best friend run around freely.
