Birdsong Lake

Fuglsang Lake, located a little north of Herning, was inaugurated in 2005. The 28-hectare lake has two bathing beaches on the eastern side of the lake.

You can swim in the lake, but check the water quality on Herning Municipality's website before jumping in, as there may well be algae in the summer. 

Around the lake, marked routes and a disc golf course have been made.  

You can park the car by using the driveway from Vesterholmvej and from Brændgårdvej.
You must NOT park or drive on the beach.

The Blue Room
At Fuglsang Sø you will find the Blue Room. A place that forms the framework for activities on, in and by the water. The Blue Room is an outdoor mecca that can be used by everyone - both as a social meeting place and as a focal point for various water and nature activities.
