Herning Municipality is the landowner on the eastern side of the stream at Tjørring. There is free fishing with a fishing rod in the period 16 April to 15 October with a valid fishing licence.

Minimum targets and conservation periods as well as the announcement on fishing in the Storå system must be observed. Fish below the minimum size must be restocked as soon as possible.
